8.1. The Assembly is a sovereign body and is composed of all the Members, each of whom has the right to one vote, if registered with the Association, for at least three months.
8.2. The Assembly is convened by the Board, at least once a year, within four months of the end of the financial year, for the approval of the balance sheet / final and estimated financial statement.
