The Assembly is a sovereign body and is composed of all the Members, each of whom has the right to one vote, if registered with the Association, for at least three months.

Well in advance of last year, the Assembly was held to approve the 2022 budget and to share the activities planned for 2023 (and the related forecast budget).

Upon completion of the activities of the past three years, the 2021 Budget is discussed and approved.

After the first three years, the management is renewed and the 2019 and 2020 Financial Statements approved.

After two years of pandemic, the Association tries to restart. The only project started, the Paulownia plant.

Once the Association is constituted, the projects proposed by the Members are examined for approval.
