Introduction to the Encyclical

The Association wishes to resume meetings and activities: what better occasion than a first training meeting on the Encyclical letter Laudato Sii of Pope Francis (24/5/2015), on the theme of the environment and integral ecology. As stated in our Statute, "The Association is founded on Christian values and, in particular, inspired by the principles of communion, solidarity and "integral ecology", i.e. a global and integrated vision of ecology in all areas of life referring to the indications of the Social Doctrine of the Church and to the charism of the Daughters of the Church." The first meeting involved 26 members and sympathizers, lay people and Sisters.

The lesson was held by Lorenzo Lastilla, a young Animator of Laudato sii, working at the parish of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary (who left us his presentation).
